I like when I read something, and it reads me. Because the moments of reflection are necessary for my evolving.

This is good. I think alot of the seeking validation comes from their childhood, either they were overly validated so they feel like everyone has to continue it OR they were never validated so they are starving for an ounce of affection and acceptance.

Then there’s the neurodivergent crowd. We get overlooked in these conversations because there’s a lack of awareness that we do this because we miss/don’t understand social cues and we are afraid of being seen as awkward or being ostracized. We relate to others not to seek validation but to offer it.

Hi Kris, I appreciate you for sharing your perspective and lived experience. As a neurospicy woman myself, I have found that the most important conversations are the ones I have with myself. The most relationship in my life is the one that i have with myself. I have learned how to be a woman by actually being a woman LIVING IN MY BODY. I live in service of my highest good always. Anything I offer to others whether it’s family, friends, community or strangers is from the overflow of pouring into myself.

No matter the genesis of when how or why a woman has become a slave to validation; she is the only one who can truly fill the void she desperately wants others to fill.

Neurospicyness hurts women the most when we waste our life force fitting into places that aren’t for us instead of creating a life that supports our uniqueness.
